TST Micro To ensure the forks ideal performance, it is key to keep oil and air completely separate. They were the first to introduce a bladder system on a mountain bike cartridge which is a design taken from motocross technology. The bladder can expand when the shaft goes inside without any air getting in. With the slightly redesigned TST Micro is the latest step in a forward evolution of our closed cartridge hydraulic system. The red knob on the lower part of the fork leg adjusts rebound; the black top lever activates the Micro system controlling compression. The Micro adjustment located in the middle of the top left knob sets the threshold valve in order to offer maximum traction and control on any terrain and with any riding style. Lockout is activated quick and easy to not hold you back from your uphill adventure.
AER The advantages of an air system sealed inside the stanchion tube and of a negative coil spring combined into one system delivers smoothness and lightness. While our competitors use air systems based on two air chambers (positive and negative) we developed a system using a large sized piston sliding directly inside the stanchion tube combined with a negative coil spring. This means less seals and lower working pressures, so less friction and a super-sensitive feeling especially on the first part of the travel. Air pressure can be quickly adjusted through a single external valve.
Nickel coated tapered stanchions All forks with the new nickel coating treatment will see improvements in their smoothness and adds a harder layer to the alloy surface making it more resilient against accidental damage. While the internal tapered profile design allows a consistent weight reduction in comparison with the previous models equivalent stanchions, without losing out on stiffness and resistance.
New Fitted & Slotted Bushing The all new Fitted and Slotted Bushings design features vertical slot for oil flow and lubrication. The fitted design process forms itself to the internal casting machine seat. The goal is to have the best, most supple feel between the stanchions and the casting.
3 Year warranty without any servicing conditions service your fork as and when you feel necessary. Fit and forget reliability.
