With a low weight but excellent protection from MIPS and safety features packed inside, including a Medical ID device, the Dainese Linea 01 MIPS Full Face MTB Helmet is ready for the demands of downhill mountain biking.

The Linea 01 MIPS Full Face MTB Helmet makes use of a dual-density EPS inner, with a mapped design to provide targetted protection to those areas most susceptible to crash impacts. Meanwhile, the tough polycarbonate outer shell offers long-term durability and protection against lighter impacts - think branches and bushes along the trail. 

Structural strength and rigidity are enhanced by a nylon exoskeleton embedded within the inner shell. This starts across the chainguard and across the cheeks. This keeps weight low without sacrificing protection.

MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) 

The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the users head.

Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.

NFC (Near Field Communication) Medical ID Device

Included with the helmet is another layer of safety via an NFC TwiceMe system. Should you become incapacitated after a crash, this device gives first responders access to faster personal and health information transmission, allowing for dramatically reduced rescue times.

An anti-bacterial and anti-odour liner also makes for a fresh ride, every time. And when you need that new helmet feel, it's removable and washable too.
