While the textile upper lets your skin breathe, the impact-resistant toe box and abrasion-resistant overlays provide reliable protection - ideal for when you're tackling rough routes both on and off the bike. A cushioned midsole adds comfort and flexibility for hiking and the Stealth® Marathon rubber tread provides tenacious grip levels when scrambling over rocks and roots. 

When you're on your bike, the sole design makes it easy to clip in and out of clipless pedals. No fuss, simply click, pedal and you'll be flying along the trail. But if you do find yourself clipped out over rough terrain, the grippy Stealth® Marathon rubber tread holds firm on the pedal body until you clip back in. 

Sustainable Performance

The Trailcross CLI also do their bit for the environment, reducing reliance on virgin plastics. They're made in part from production waste, recycled from cutting scraps and post-consumer household waste. In fact, 25% of the components used to make the uppers are made with a minimum of 50% recycled content. This reduces the environmental harm that comes with the production of new plastics.

These shoes are compatible with MTB pedal systems, which use the 2-bolt cleat standard (SPD standard), e.g.: Shimano SPD, Time ATAC, CrankBrothers, CrankBrothers Race, Look MTB, Xtreme MTB, Wellgo MTB, Ritchey MTB.
