A multi-level multisport, fitness watch, the Garmin epix Titanium GPS Watch is a stylish watch that suits athletes of every level.

Pulse OX

Delivering altitude acclimation or sleep monitoring, the epix features a Pulse Ox sensor (this is not a medical device and is not intended to use in the diagnosis or monitoring of any medical conditions; see https://www.garmin.com/en-GB/legal/atdisclaimer/. Pulse Ox not available in all countries), which uses light beams at your wrist to estimate how well your body is absorbing oxygen.

Wrist-Based Heart Rate

The watch also features an in-built, wrist-based heart rate monitor and the watch will alert you if it stays too high or too low while youre at rest. The heart rate monitor also helps you to gauge how hard youre working during activities it even tracks your heart rate when youre swimming.

Sleep Monitoring

The epix keeps track of your sleep and provides a full breakdown of your light, deep and REM sleep stages all easy to view in a dedicated widget that includes your sleep score and insights.

The Body Battery helps you to optimise your energy reserves, using heart rate variability, stress, sleep, and other data to gauge when youre ready to be active or when its time to rest.
