Taking a brushed-backed polyester material, Sportful craft it into the Giara Softshell Cycling Jacket. With its soft and fleecy inner face, it traps a layer of air to provide a cosy micro-climate inside, insulating you against the cold. For the extra intensity of hill climbs and the hard efforts of battling headwinds, the excellent breathability lets excess sweat escape, leaving you drier and more comfortable. 

As befits a jacket designed for two-wheeled adventures, storage space is plentiful. The standard rear drop pockets are complemented by extra zippered pockets to the back and the chest. This ensures all your essential are kept within easy reach.

Sportful temperature guide

Sportful now split the temperature range of their garments into two zones. Each zone signifies a different temperature range depending on whether youre riding at a slower, steadier pace or more intense, faster pace.

This means, for example, a jacket may be rated down to 0 degrees C if your cycling effort is at a harder and more intense pace where body heat is quickly built-up. However, the same jacket will be better suited to slightly warmer temperatures, say 5 degrees C, when your efforts are slower and steadier where youre simply not generating as much body heat.
